The 3rd PICHE CAMANAVA General Assembly, held at the 53rd Engineering Brigade in Camp Lahug, Lapu Lapu City on September 13, 2024, 6-10pm was a memorable and engaging event. The evening kicked off with a warm welcome from LTC. Darwin C. Monteron, GSE, CE Chief of Staff 1 of the Camp, prayers and blessings of foods was done by LTC Fr. Jose Españo , Philippine Army Chaplain, and members of the Engineering Brigade setting the stage for an enjoyable night ahead.
The ambiance was further enhanced by the melodious tunes of the Philippine Army Band, creating a welcoming atmosphere as the attendees gathered in Hall A of the Camp. The camaraderie was palpable as Chapter members and officers were joined by PIChE NBOT, led by President Dr. Nathaniel Dugos, Mam Jocel Dimacutac, Mam Naomi Cossette Luis, and Dr. Rex Demafelis, the chairman of the college of fellows.
The event was not only a platform for professional networking but also a night of fun-filled activities. The presence of the Philippine Army Band added to the festive spirit as attendees enjoyed delicious food and engaged in singing and dancing, further fostering a sense of unity and camaraderie among all participants.
Overall, the 3rd PICHE CAMANAVA General Assembly was a resounding success, providing an opportunity for members to connect, collaborate, and celebrate amidst the backdrop of the Philippine Army’s hospitality and musical entertainment.
