Kindly prepare the following documents to avoid inconveniences:
- A copy of the deposit slip/transaction details for the registration fee of PhP 500.00.
Payment can be done through Mobile Banking transfer, Over-the-counter Deposit, or via cash accept machines through our BPI Account: - A scanned copy of your 2×2 ID Picture
- A scanned copy of your PRC ID

- A copy of the deposit slip/transaction details for the renewal fee of PhP 500.00.
Payment can be done through Mobile Banking transfer, Over-the-counter Deposit, or via cash accept machines through our BPI Account. - Save the your file in the following format: Last Name, First Name, Middle Initial

Membership Guidelines
ACTIVE POINTS
- Active points are monitored in the 2nd year of membership.
- Points are being reset annually and are dependent on Chapter’s events and activities.
- To achieve a good standing: a minimum of 70 points shall be earned to maximize perks and benefits of the chapter.
Corresponding Points per activity:
- General Assembly: 30
- NatCon: 30
- ChE Week: 20
- Committee Involvement and External Representations: 10 (Capped at 60 pts.)
RENEWALS
- Renewals shall be made in the first quarter of the year.
- A member who fails to pay the membership due shall be considered inactive.
- Late renewals, i.e.- month of April onwards, their names will be included in the roster of members every after General Assemblies.
- In case of non-renewal and inactivity for two (2) years, a notice of Membership Termination shall be emailed to concerned member.
RETENTION
- Inactive and non-renewed member for two (2) years shall be removed from the list of email recipients for Events and Activities updates.
- If a terminated member wishes to join the chapter again, a new membership application shall be filed.
- Any member who requested to leave the chapter will be removed from the roster immediately. Payments made prior to the request is non refundable.
- Any member exhibiting dual membership shall be suspended and/or expelled from the chapter.
- Any member may be suspended/expelled for reasons inimical to PIChE CAMANAVA or to the profession after a fair hearing or under such rules or regulations as may be prescribed by the Board of Directors.
